Time Management
There's a student blog by the name of voices offered by Pomona college, that offers you a step by step introduction into time management. This appears to be the college's main resource for time management. It is, however, valuable, as it takes the routines regularly established by Pomona students and caters their "tips and tricks" directly to their students, which I found to be rather helpful.
Stress Management(overall wellness)
The Academic Support Resources offers students peer instruction to help develop life skills through a peer Fellows program. As far as stress management goes, the sage Fellows program is one of the major resources for this, including couching on stress management. The Academic Support Resources also offers other resources as well, including writing instruction/feedback.
